Lemon Crinkle Cookies

Lemon cookies recipe with homemade Lemon Frosting. Soft and fluffy cake mix cookies! Also a refreshing recipe idea for essential oils. These are absolutely delicious!! They were amazing with every single bite they would melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

--- LEMON COOKIES ---

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 1/3 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 large lemon
• 1/2 tsp lemon extract or 4-6 drops dietary lemon essential oil
• 1/4 cup crushed lemon drops
• 1 cup powdered sugar confectioners' sugar
• parchment paper

--- LEMON FROSTING ---

• 1 8 oz cream cheese room temp.
• 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 large lemon
• 1/4 tsp lemon extract or 3 drops dietary lemon essential oil
• Yellow sprinkles optional
